Patient Of the Month – Anatoliy
We would like to thank Anatoliy for allowing us to share his story and picture, for our monthly patient Newsletter.
He is not a daily patient of Tysons Dental. Anatoliy did not see dentist for over 20 years and had to overcome decades of dental phobia.
To overcome the phobia, Anatoliy travelled from Moscow to Virginia to become our patient after receiving a personal reference from a good friend. He traveled to our office 3 times from Moscow. His treatment included Complex surgeries such as multiple extractions, sinus lift, bone grafting, and implant placements.
To ensure a successful dental treatment: Anatolily quit smoking and worked toward a healthier life. From the first time we met Anatoliy which was in 2011 till now 2013 we have seen a drastic change in Anatoliy’s life style, in regards to his Blood pressure, smoking habits and overall health conditions.
We had an anesthesiologist, Periodontist and Lab technician in the office to help with surgeries and fabrication of restorations. Anatoliy chose to be sedated and was very happy with the comfort.
